Assurance Investment and Cooperative Inc. (AIC) is a member-owned organization that aims to provide financial independence and mutual support to its members through good stewardship of their regular financial contributions.
Some of our services include lending to members, making collective investments in financial instruments. These instruments include purchasing REITs, and purchasing collectively-owned commercial and residential real estate.
Gains from investments are distributed annually to members in proportion to their contributions.
